Oldham borough is set for significant transformations in 2026, with numerous projects on track, including over 330 new homes, a £60 million warehouse creating nearly 1000 jobs, and enhanced sports and green spaces. A new 11-storey building will house 120 apartments and shops at the town center gateway. Princes Gate in Mumps will see 331 homes constructed with £31.5 million funding. Tommyfield Park and Alexandra Parks Northern Roots will provide new green spaces. The SportsTown project at Boundary Park will turn Oldham Athletics ground into a multi-sport hub.
