On the phone-in: We speak with Ellen McGarity-Shipley. She is an Assistant Professor and Researcher in the Faculty of Health at Dalhousie University. She also researches the role of social prescribing on our overburdened healthcare system. And off the top of the show, we hear from Jeff Joyce, the general manager of Northumberland Ferries about the MV Confederation sailing from PEI to Nova Scotia for the first time in more than 10 weeks.
