I share a tip from one of the best leaders & THE BEST Customer Experience Expert Jerry Lewis who taught me about 90% of what I know when it comes to treating customers the right way.He taught me a wonderful line, how many times have you had an issue and you get the "we apologize for this inconvenience/issue, we are sorry" etc.? Doesn't Cut it! Jerry taught me to humanize, and let them know "I am sorry we disappointed you" – which the majority of the time helps them understand that you do care, YOU are sorry that WE disappointed you.
