How you feel, and what you believe about yourself is such an important subject. Because, it’s how you feel about yourself that determines whether you treat yourself well, or give up on yourself. Overeating is often caused by feelings of frustration with yourself, and the belief that you are unloveable or unworthy. So, it can help tremendously, to learn to change these core beliefs.
Here, I take you through some practical steps to change a low self-worth mindset, and the beliefs that you don't matter, or don't belong.
