Interview - Paul Reiser joins the show to talk What If…? Aliens out this week.

  1. Paul, thanks for taking the time to chat with me! To start, how does a project like this get kicked off, was it ever an idea you wished to get onto film?
  2. I understand the concept was crafted by you and your son Leon, along with Adam, Hans, and Brian, what was the creative process like?
  3. Your likeness is exceptionally well crafted by Guiu Vilanova, how does it feel to see yourself in a Marvel Comic?
  4. Do you read comics now, or did you read comics growing up?
  5. It’s kind of amazing Aliens and Beverly Hills Cop were among your first four movie projects, and now we’re getting more of both in the same year. Was the timing on purpose, is this the year of Reiser?!
  6. Could you see yourself ever portraying Burke again in any other format, or is this his last hurray?
  7. You have a lot of projects going in 2024 not to mention Reboot, which I loved you in. How do you juggle so many projects be it movies like Beverly Hills Cop 4, co-writing a memoir about Michael McDonald, and now a Marvel comic too?
  8. Your career spans so many media, do you feel like you’re growing as an artist with each project?
