In this teaching, Pastor Ruben Reyes III introduces our new study called Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. He says that during this study we’ll gain an understanding of what it means to disciple our emotional selves. In essence, spiritual maturity and emotional maturity go together. We’ll discover our emotional health so that we can authentically know God, know our selves, and live with others.
