Kazeem Balogun, is known more widely by his online moniker, PropertyByKazy. Kazeem is a property developing career who began in London over 7 years ago, where his passion for 'creating homes' drove him to complete deals in excess of £20M GDV. He’s also been featured on Homes Under The Hammer, acquiring and flipping London properties to an impressive standard. Kazeem describes his ultimate goal as ‘making property investment more accessible’- a motivation we love and know listeners will too.
