Inner healing as liberation from cultural conditioning. How do we heal from patriarchy, at the deepest level, and where do we arrive to on the other side of that healing? To heal the soul-body split of the patriarchy, we turn towards what we had once turned away from. As a result we land into the arms of the Great Mother, feminine wisdom, integration, embodied spirituality, and wholeness.

If patriarchy's wounds are about an inner split where we turn away from half of ourselves and life (the feminine, painful emotion, embodiment, interbeing) and end up in our "castle in the sky" of disembodiment, hyper-intellectualization, and spiritual bypass, then healing from this mechanism is reversing that road back down to groundedness. We must pass through the chasm of pain that led us to dissociate out of wholeness in the first place. The only way to gain the capacity to face what we cannot face is to receive human and Divine support and gain self-healing skills. Through the crucible of re-embracing the aspects/experiences we had exiled, we can experience the beauty and power of the Divine Mother and Divine Feminine, realities of embrace, compassion, and wholeness.
