You always hear about men having sex addiction, but never a woman. I had the pleasure with speaking with Paulina who shared the origins of her sex and food addiction. She talked about events in her life that caused her to act out on her addiction. She discussed the actual specifics of how she acted out and the steps she took to recover.

Paulina Pantyleva is a wife, mother of triplets and works as a medical doctor. In 2023 she wrote a book entitled, My Secret Life as a Sex Addict. How I repaired the Damage. It’s about her raging sex addiction, and co-addiction with binge and disordered eating which she suffered for over 30 years. With lots of therapy, insight, spirituality, and the process of writing her book she has completely transformed her life.
