78% of people fell stressed at least once a day and of those, 1 in 7 feel stressed 7 days a week. George and Jess are opening up about what makes them feel the most stressed and how they de-stress. They'll also discuss the recent athletes who are opening up about their mental health and their hope that it will help destigmatize mental health and mental illness in the future.
