This week on ISD, the guys are joined by Phillip "The Ability" Carter. Phillip is a competing body builder but with a twist, he ha cerebral palsy. From being born 2 months early, to having his life in a wheel chair, then on canes, and now competing in body building competitions,  Phil has  pushed through and has become the inspiration he is today.

On this half of the episode, we talked about our anger as children, workout rules, child hood fights, school, body building, how people have treated him due to him having cerebral palsy, and more!
