Description

For just the third time in American history, the House of Representatives has voted to impeach the president of the United States. The chamber approved both proposed articles of impeachment — abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.

Trump is accused of pressuring the president of Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joseph Biden, a political rival, and will soon face a trial in the Senate.

This episode: White House correspondent Tamara Keith, Congressional correspondent Susan Davis, and National Political Correspondent Mara Liasson.

he didnt solicit a foreign government to meddle in the election. he attempted to have them look into corruption in their country that involved a former vice president. shouldn't mean shit that 2 years later biden wants to run for office. everyone is skewing the facts

bs propoganda, more distractions and gaslighting. He was never my president to begin with. what a joke either way. show me an American who has a steady sense of American pride you can really say that at this time in the history of their lives and history as we know it ... and I'll say I'm sorry, I hope you get it soon.

Dude all y’all trumpster snowflakes are soooo triggered right now. Mitch McConnell, the week Barack Obama was sworn in, said his only goal was to prevent him from doing anything. Nancy Pelosi and the democratic establishment has been trying to prevent its more leftist members from going for impeachment this whole time but the president’s continuing disrespect for the constitution forced her hand. All you trumpster snowflakes should go back to tucker and Ben Shapiro to make y’all feel better. If you want to hear about true conservatism or libertarianism go to the national review or the dispatch or reason. Being in the thrall of a cult of personality is not a good look for anybody - be it some lefty’s w Obama or some of y’all righty’s w trump

Lol. Not shocked to hear such a bias podcast from NPR. This is the most partisan attack on a elected president in the history of our country! How shameful!

Do people really think this is going to stop the American people from voting for President Trump? If anything, it should make this election more of a victory. Look at how corrupt our government is! It's so obvious that the Democrats do not like President Trump and that's the reason that this impeachment is going forward. It's extremely sad that's so many people from the outside looking in get this and understand that this is the truth. Come on, when Nancy Pelosi struck the gavel down ruling for the impeachment, the Democrats clapped and was excited to the point that Speaker Pelosi, under her smirk, pretended that she was getting on to her fellow Democrat's. To top it all off, Pelosi said that they would probably wait to hold Trump's trial until they could make sure it would be a fair trial...... seriously? This is a political process!!!!!
