Description
- I take vitamin D every morning during the winter months and tend to not take them in spring/summer, not sure why but there must be a reason?
- I started taking the bio-kult at the end of last year as I had to have a few courses if antibiotics. A friend recommended them because of this and I now take one a day?
- For the live too please?! After feeling really rubbish at Christmas after having several virus’ I decided to get these, I haven’t actually used it yet, wondered what your view was?! My aim is to try and get more of this in my daily meals but it’s not always possible so on those days should I have it?!
- When I cook the vegetables with the meat, I always think the vegetables no more low calories as it will take the fat from the meat, correct me if I’m wrong
- I have to admit though that Gut health is an area where there is a lot of mention of it but I struggle to know how best to tackle this (another meaning of life question?!) Like what would be a good way to tackle inflammation and leaky gut?
- Best nutrient goal when it comes to Nutricheck, and what percentage of calories should we get from each macronutrient
- I am addicted to salt and I have it on everything and a ridiculous amount of it and I can’t seem to eat without it. Finding it very hard to give up.
