Property and Mindset Getting the Balance Right - Interview with Nick Warburton Property Professional & Certified Psy-TaP Therapist – Part 1
Description
In this episode, Rachel is with Nick Warburton, Property professional and specialist therapist in anxiety and stress looking at mindset and therapy in the property arena.
Nick spent 20 years lecturing in automotive engineering and worked with both young and mature students.
Towards the end of this time, he became ill from stress and decided it was time to explore new avenues. Nick retrained in the property sector with a view to being able to create solutions for people. His company carries out the refurbishment of properties offering assisted sales to the client. This enables a ‘hands-free’ method for the house owner to benefit from the increase in the value of the property while someone else takes away all the stress of the management and sale.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- People with stress and anxiety have an inner voice, telling them they can’t.
- When you are facing this inner fight it’s very difficult to engage people to get on and do anything.
- I realised I needed to find a way to eradicate this inner voice and I trained in Psy-TaP - it’s a rapid and very effective system for treating people with psychological issues.
- Psy-TaP is so powerful, so quick, so effective that I’m able to take that negative voice away for people.
- It enables inner confidence and I am able to get rid of those negative inner voices people have effectively and with speed.
- I’m able to help people involved in the property industry if they lack confidence or have a fear of doing something.
- Everyone reacts differently and the most important thing is that people realise that they are not alone.
- If you are calm inside everything else outside is better.
- It’s a ripple event if people see how calm you are they also feel calmer.
BEST MOMENTS
‘Lots of people look after their bodies but very few look after their brain’
‘It’s about teaching people to understand what is happening to them’
‘As a therapist, I can help somebody anywhere in the world and Psy-TaP is very successful’
