Protecting Clients Money = More Listings w/ Chris Sauerzopf
In a listing presentation, a Realtor needs to win the trust of the seller. Trust that you as the real estate agent are the one who can not only do what the sellers want done, but who will take the best care of the seller. Trust that the Realtor can protect the sellers from any threats.
When a Realtor can show the seller a potential pitfall or problem, in this case wire fraud, but then offer up a solution to it, and demonstrate to the seller that you provide them that solution, they'll trust you. They'll trust you because no other Realtor will show up to a listing presentation and bring up the chance that the seller could get their money stolen at the very end.
