Quincy is turning 400 and throwing a free hot air balloon and laser light extravaganza on September 19th! Get ready for tethered hot air balloon rides (first 500 people!), stationary balloon displays, live music from bands like Little Groove and HoneyTrain, and a dazzling laser light show to cap off the night. The party goes from 4 PM to 10 PM at Adams and Pageant Fields. Skip the parking headaches and take public transport!
