He compares the quantum company to a "science project selling to other science projects" and needs more time to develop. Ron Westfall adds to Cory's point by saying "patience may be warranted." However, he sees larger companies like IBM Corp. (IBM) paving the way for innovation which can open runways for smaller companies like Rigetti.
