Russ was CTO at my time with Fraedom and was subject to my daily antics as we were pod buddies.  The executive style that Russ personified was part of what I loved about my time in that business.  He is a leader that truly understands the business and industry, a subject matter expert that holds himself as accountable as any in the team, always looks for solutions when a challenge arises, interacts freely with everyone in all teams, and delivers to the highest standard.
