Dr Halstead is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and is trained in cognitive and behavioural sleep treatment. Alongside providing private therapy at Treat my Sleep, Dr Halstead is the Deputy Director of the Lifespan Learning and Sleep Laboratory at University College London, Institute of Education, developing research programmes in sleep.
