Hi, friends! My next guest is Rachel Menge! She recently finished her master's program at the University of Michigan and has accepted a job at Microsoft... Impressive right? Yeah, I agree. Well, she's here to talk about all the stereotypes in engineering (what she studied) and how she, as a woman, is not the "typical" engineer and how that has been both challenging and rewarding! She also talks about her relationship as her boyfriend is in HR which makes for an "atypical" relationship as that field of work is known to be made up of mostly women. This is an awesome episode full of new perspectives, advice, and just plain- old fun!
