Maurice played his basketball collegiately at Michigan State University under legendary coach, Tom Izzo, while at Michigan State, Maurice was known for his guard skills and athleticism, and multiple NCAA runs and matchups. Maurice finished his career with over 1,500 points as a Spartan and took his talents to the NBA. In the 2006 NBA Draft, Ager was selected by the Dallas Mavericks 28th overall.
