Rapport is Irrelevant
How many times do you hear people refer to building great rapport with a motivated seller? This is a common phrase when discussing real estate investing acquisitions. I have even talked about it and felt like it is important to build great rapport. However, I feel like the type of rapport that most investors are trying to establish is irrelevant to our end goal of purchasing the motivated seller's property. In this episode of The Titanium Vault, I breakdown the actual definition of rapport and why I feel like it is a misused term for investors. Listen to the message, digest the information and use it in your business to become more efficient and more profitable in your real estate investing business!
