Description
The Estrada government has always had a bad reputation for being corrupt, favoring family and friends, fighting between themselves in politics, failing to achieve their stated aims, and so on and so forth. Although they claimed Estrada would help the poor, they did little to implement the government program and actually make a difference in people's lives.
It's too bad that Estrada won't be recognized as the president who did the most for the poor, but as the first Philippine leader to be impeached and removed from office.
