Description

On February 5, 2019, 33-year-old Rebecca Modrall drove to one of the houses her boyfriend, Joe Coker, owned in La Quinta, California. Joe had called her and asked her to come over so he could cook her dinner. Rebecca was seen on camera entering the gated community where Joe lived. That was the last sighting of Rebecca Modrall. Rebecca had plans to meet up with a friend after visiting Joe, but she never made it. Her friend sent her numerous text messages and called her phone, but the messages went unread and the calls unreturned. Rebecca's family believes they know what happened to her but they wonder if money and political influence have gotten in the way of solving her case.

If you have any information about the disappearance of Rebecca Modrall, you are asked to call the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office at 951-955-2450.

You can follow Rebecca's case on Facebook at Justice For Rebecca Modrall or at http://justice4rebecca.org.

Sad story, but the family stink of self-importance and are so naive.

This seems like politics and good ole boy system. It's ashame this family has to go through this. I also feel there is cover up going on!!!

I am a bit ashamed that her family thinks that the man's wife and son could have had her had her killed. Or that of it was Joe, that it was "not premeditated". Come on. He was the last one to see her. She had not made a nuisance of herself or a thorn in the side -- to the man's wife!! But she was about to become quite a nuisance to Joe. Now *they* are being naive. One could wonder if any other "girlfriends" of his disappeared and just have not been mentioned. Or even noticed.. There is no end to the man's sliminess. And since there is no end to his sliminess, there are probably many reasons someone else would want him dead besides his wife and son.

This Joe Monster is a POS. But it is profoundly sad that she, Rebecca, actually expected - and wanted - him to divorce/discard his wife to be with her. Even when she believed the wife was dying of cancer. It is profoundly sad and disgusting.

Infuriating that known pimps/traffickers were targeting this girl from Middle School, going so far as to target her on the school playground - yet *she* was the one who had to be briefly segregated from society in a locked facility. Why is it never the case that the pimps and traffickers get arrested and imprisoned? Why do they get to walk around free, doing what they do while cops look on?
