In this episode, Dave & Daniel discuss rebuilding the foundation of one’s own psychology after a traumatic loss in conjunction with actually rebuilding houses; oh the irony. The time after mourning a death or deaths is a sensitive time for PTS/CPTS to set in and finding a routine to “do the work” early is critical to the healing process.
