We saw everything from flawless victories to crushing defeats, we saw shattered bones and shattered dreams, we saw the best of the best in the male and female fight games and we were totally and utterly satisfied from start to finish.

In this episode we wanted to recap the day and don our hats to the incredible athletes that fight in the UFC and professional sport all over the world - the mind of an elite athlete is truly something to be marvelled at.
