In 2005, when he joined what was then a two-person search marketing agency Zach couldn’t have predicted the incredible transformation that would occur. He has journeyed from starting business lines to running client service & sales and eventually serving as President & being named CEO of Tinuiti (fka Elite SEM), and member of the board in 2019.
Zach has led Tinuiti through periods of 100% YoY growth in the early years and with its growth have maintained a steady 25% YoY growth, therefore, doubling its business every three years.
Today, Tinuiti is one of North America’s largest independent digital marketing agencies managing over $1.5b in media spend across The Trioploy of Google, Facebook, Amazon and more. Having recently steered the agency through three major acquisitions and a rebrand, Zach prides myself on nurturing a people-focused culture that treats employees like owners. Tinuiti has maintained a world-class eNPS above 60 and is consistently recognized through accolades such as Employer of the Year, as well as his recent Top Boss of the Year Award from Digiday. Zach also continues to be involved with key clients working with executives across Tommy Bahama, Ethan Allen, Eddie Bauer, Keurig, California Closets, Etsy, and Terminix
He is an advocate for change within the industry serving on councils such as Google Leadership Council, while also being a recurring contributor Forbes. Beyond our industry, Zach works to bring change including being a founding member of the COO Alliance and most recently joining the board of Junior Achievement of South Florida.
