Bill is a British foodservice and hospitality entrepreneur, playing a leading figure in the industry for over 30 years before retiring. Beginning his career working at the Selfridge Hotel straight out of catering college, Bill went on to build and lead some of the most respected and recognised providers in the foodservice sector, including Baxter and Platts and BaxterStorey. Awarded a CBE for services to the catering industry in 2010, Bill continues to serve the sector as Chairman of hospitality charity, Hospitality Action.
