Recap on first case

First case for gay wedding cake. States that jack phillips refused to sell a wedding cake. It was for the purpose of the wedding message for the gay couple that he didn’t believe in. The ruling on the case was was that the baker ended up winning the case. But it didn’t resolve the issue between religious freedom and discrimination. Basically, the court ruled that the Colorado Civil Rights Commision had discriminated against religious freedom by being anti-religious in bias.

Jack Phillips denied doing cake for trangender “transformation”  cake from male to female where it showed the gender of the transitioned gender to female where the outside of the cake is blue and inside pink.
