Do you feel the need to stop and remove yourself from all the white noise?

Well, I did, and with the help of Platypus spirit, and it really opened my eyes to many things, including = how to live my life in public with Spirit!

I reflect on the message I received from Platypus Spirit energies in Tasmania at the beginning on my month long wine adventure across Australia 
 
These little energies are shy, coy, and themselves without the distraction of the chaotic world around them ... something, I myself, took very much on board during my time away

I also reflect on why I was so quiet on social media, how I was a little burnt out from it all, and my hopes going forward for our individual spiritual journeys. Especially how we can start to balance our bigger, overarching soul journey through the eons with everyday life, here and now, on this beautiful Earth~!
