Description

As someone who grew up watching So You Think You Can Dance since I was literally seven years old (did I mention I'm a dancer myself!?) I couldn't be more excited to introduce you guys to our guest today: Dakyla Wilson, this past season’s SYTYCD runner-up.

Together, we’ll be chatting about the transformative power of movement and using creative expression to heal. Dakyla will be sharing the details of her dance journey and how it's become an essential tool in processing deep emotions, overcoming challenges from her past, and looking ahead with true self-confidence. And, of course, we’ll be spilling all the tea since hard launching her new boo thing, too.. duh!

⚡️How to stay positive despite difficult situations

⚡️Tips on building deep self-confidence

⚡️The power of journaling, breathwork, and self-reflection

⚡️Why you should find a creative outlet that heals you

⚡️How to handle high-pressure moments
