The holiday season can be tough. Throw in a few crazy relatives, and it can get even tougher. This week’s episode is about reminding you what this season is about, and talking through some of those awkward situations you might find yourself in with those more challenging relatives. You don’t have to dread going to the big family get together. Instead, you can go in with a clear head and a full heart knowing that you don’t have to let the opinions of others ruin your day.
