Repetition, Repetition, Repetition
I had a realization over the last week as I was doing my weekly review.
The realization looked like this: I realize that it's easy to understand working on the physical body with repetitions. No one works out for one day and gets a 6-pack. No one does bicep curls for one day and gets guns that you'd need a permit for. However, why do SO FEW people NEVER apply this to other aspects of their lives?
Well, I'd had enough, so I decided to show you exactly what that can look like...for me in my life, and the others I roll with.
