His bravery in the fight for justice on behalf of minority businesses is legendary. He worked closely with the late Congressman Parren J. Mitchell as they paved the way for the inclusion of minority businesses on contracts. As the creator of the State of Maryland’s minority business enterprise program, we are honored to feature this dynamic leader.
