In the podcast we get to hear about being in the butchers from an early age, having to sign a contract with the Japanese government to be the only official seller of wagyu beef in Ireland and what he is doing to bring the family business into the future.

The Guardian Irish Business Podcast is a tour around the entrepreneurial industry here in Dublin and across the country. We have the great privilege here at Guardian Accountants of working with some of the most inspiring and influential small businesses in Ireland and the people who run them who are forming and shaping many different sectors of the Irish economy. I thought it was interesting to talk and learn from these people which we do every day but memorialise it in a podcast which then could be shared with our friends and clients and you the listener.
If you want to learn a little more about Guardian you can go to www.guarianaccountants.ie where you will learn about everything that we do. If you are enjoying The Guardian Irish Business Podcast please do share it with your friends and colleagues and please don't forget to subscribe like and review wherever you are listening. Thanks for listening and until next time.
