This podcast features the reading of my short analysis published by the European University Institute (which builds upon another short analysis published on the Corriere della Sera a few days ahead; see the previous podcast, in Italian), regarding certain untold aspects of the Dutch government perspective during the 4-day-long negotiations held between the Head of Governments of the Member States of the European Union, aimed at agreeing on size and ground rules of a common (post-)pandemic recovery plan.
