Check out today's show as I chat with casino operations guru and recently-hired Executive Chef William Ramsey of the Reno Sands Regency. The Sands is the one property actually left standing by Jacobs Entertainment who came blowing in here a few years ago and started knocking down downtown all around us. Some think that's a wonderful thing. Others of us maybe not so much, but I am a HUGE fan of the Sands, especially the food and I have been SO excited to see all the amazing things they've done in that arena!

Tune in and hear all about Chef's ridonkulous experience working for Steve Wynn at the Golden Nugget, Mirage, and Treasure Island on literally the ground floor. He talks about all the delicious new things at the buffet and Cabana Cafe. And then...we talk about the upgrades to the menu at The Copa Bar & Grill (but not the prices!) but especially the Valentine's Day Special for two that's only $55/per couple!
