Professional hit. The head was taken so bullet couldn't be entered into evidence. I'm thinking secret government agents.

my guess for the removal of the head would be that the bullet did not go through and would be to hard to dig out.

they focus so much on the head being removed, and why. I'm surprised they haven't discussed the head being removed as a way to eliminate evidence?? if the guy was shot, the head could've been removed and taken, just to prevent any ballistic testing? no?

My gut feeling is the grandpas friend. I have a lot of experience with child molesters and you never let a younger man thats not your family just hang out with your children. Why was he camping there with them? Why does he take an interest in the grandpa to the extent that hes now vacationing with them? Hes the das age? Wheres his family? Wheres his social life? Doesnt he have anything better and more exciting to do than hang out with a married couple and their kid and their grandpa? It only makes sense if his i tensions are to eventually have that boy for himself. The first step for a predator is to get in with the family and gain their trust to get close to the kid. Their patience is amazing. They will eventually get what they came for though. Im not saying he is the guy but Im 90 percent sure he is!

This case makes me think of the Barry and Honey Sherman case up here in Canada. I sure hope these are solved soon.

I think the killing was an accident and the head was removed because the bullet could be traced to the killer. Maybe the bullet was stuck in the head. I think it was supposed to be a robbery and it went horribly wrong.
