Russian President Vladimir Putin says southern Ukraine and the eastern Donbas region will be taken “by military means or otherwise”. He made the comments in an interview with Indian media. They come after talks between US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Putin in Moscow on Tuesday. The Kremlin says no compromise was found on the issue of territory.
