Description

What if there was something simple you could do that would improve your physical and mental health, keep you young, and possibly stave off conditions like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's?

It's not a pill, it's not invasive and there's no equipment.

It's dance!  Sounds hard to believe, right?

But there’s growing evidence on the benefits of dance across a host of conditions.

Rebecca Barnstaple is a dance researcher and has seen the incredible effects that dance can have on patients.  Even on herself!
