In E07 of #elsewherewithjuveria, I travelled back the memory lane with Susan Curtin (@suzanna_0608)! Susan is the founder of Insights4Results LLC, a talent and succession management consulting firm in the US!🙌🏻

Susan is happily married to her loving and supportive husband, Damon Schamu, for 35 years. They are blessed to have 3 daughters who are kind, loving & deeply caring human beings, each with their unique gifts, that they contribute to the world to make it a better place. In addition to this, she has 2 wonderful son-in-laws and 3 loving grandchildren!💓

In addition to Insights4Results, Susan has set up a Foundation called, Fund4Girls, providing financial resources to young girls who need additional support to pursue their dreams and aspirations🙌🏻

Balancing out her dedication and commitment to coaching and development, Susan spends her free time playing sports and traveling. Her current sports are tennis and Pickelball, playing 5-6 times a week! 🤩
