Description

New information is coming in about what maybe didn’t happen on January 13, 1999.  And while Adnan’s memory of that day is foggy at best, he does remember what happened next: being questioned, being arrested and, a little more than a year later, being sentenced to life in prison.

trying to stay objective is so hard for me with this case...my heart breaks every time we are reminded of how sweet she was...she was a child.

The jury wasn't supposed to use him not testifying against him and then they did. smh

I honestly have very little, almost zero doubt that Adnan Syed killed the Hae. There are contradictions and lies in Jays different stories but I believe that was mostly due to Jay attempting to lesson his role as much as possible. I also asked myself... If I was Adnan and I knew I was innocent and that "Jay" was completely lying and making this whole thing up and I was able to say one word to him in court as he walked by, What would I say, probably something like... Liar, why, wtf, what's wrong with you, what happened, or what did you do to Hae?! But when Jay walks by Adnan in the courtroom Adnan called him, "pathetic", it seems to me he's calling Jay weak for telling and not being able to keep a secret... just how I interpreted it.

If he remebers and really embraces or seizes every nicety with such emotion and importance, Imagine how he percieves a slight or disrespect🤔

One little thing I'd like to know is whether or not the Detectives ever asked anyone whether or not either Adnan or Jay ever owned a pair of red gloves. That was an oddly specific piece of info from Jay... I haven't listened to the whole episode so I'm sorry if it comes up later...

Earlier it was said that after Hae was missing or known to be missing, Adnan never called Hae after she went missing (which seems strange to me) especially now that I'm hearing he called the detective after her body was found to say they must have made a mistake but if he believed they had it wrong why would he not attempt to call her??? Also, I may be reading too much into this; but right before he spoke about not believing it was her, he said, he never believed that she would "TURN UP dead" or "be FOUND murdered", it almost seems like he was shocked that she was found more than anything else but I absolutely could be adding meaning where there is none. I honestly assumed he was innocent coming into this (based only on the tid bits I've heard in the past year)but this honestly is changing my mind, and not JUST because of what i just pointed out.

it is April 1st 2019 and I have just watched the first three parts of the HBO series the case against Adnan Syed and I don't believe that he killed Hae. I don't necessarily feel like J new much originally and that the cops fed him information the 3 hours unaccounted for when he signed in to see the police at 3:15 and they didn't start recording until 6:20 or something. I don't trust Dawn I'm sorry but I don't trust older men with young girls I mean he wasn't that much older like 21 or something but he should have been dating a girl in high school first of all. Also finding out that his mom was his manager at LensCrafters who verified that he was there that day doesn't give me much believe that he was really there that day because I don't know of any mom that wouldn't cover for their son. she may have thought they were coming after her son for being with a teenage girl and she was lying to protect him from statutory rape charge and being forever held as a sexual predator. then finds out later it's a murder... also I don't trust people who don't want to get to the truth and just don't want to talk about that time in their lives like as if this is easy for Adnan if he really didn't do it to be sitting in prison for 19 years for something he did not do put yourself in that position. if I knew information whether it was good or bad for him for Hae, I would want the truth to come out good or bad. they have her Journal, I have never heard if there is anything in the journal negative about him that she wrote about things in his personality or ways that he treated her after The Break-Up. I also don't feel like of teenage boy at that age is capable of hiding their sociopathic tendencies. to be a sociopath means that you do not feel empathy or emotion like others and everyone said what a great person he was how friendly how funny kind so I just don't understand how he could have hidden that from everyone and then killed Hae.

I hear at the 38min part he was saying that if back then he did what was expected of him and how he was raised he wouldn't be in the situation he is in now. The pauses when he speaks sounds like... there's no point in woulda shoulda could, I made bad decisions.

At the 38min mark is when he sounds guilty af. When he was asked, you can be angry at Jay for lying, Adnans response was himself speaking in circles, an indication of lying
