If you're dealing with performance anxiety, I want you to know you're not alone, and I want you to have the ability to take back control of your mindset.
In this episode I'm going to coach you on how to do an effective brain dump, provide pre performance affirmations (you can find them down below!), and coach you through a breathing exercise that you can use whenever your performance anxiety strikes.
All of my coaching comes from personal experience. I do struggle with anxiety attacks, and having the ability to coach myself through an attack is what has provided me the most freedom and confidence.
You deserve to be the best, most confident, badass athlete you can be, and that starts by taking back control of your mindset.
