On this episode we had the chance to chat with Sabrah, Paige's Mom who is a teacher for exceptional students in high school students. She teaches direct instruction to ESE students and a support facilitator with ESE students fully included in the general education classes. Sabrah is such an inspiration coming to the U.S. all the way from Trinidad with a heart to teach students with disabilities and advocates for them daily in her field. On this episode we talk about what the transition process looks like from high school to "the real world," IEPs, goal setting, and resources for High school students and beyond.
