There's a little island off the North East tip of Tasmania call Flinders Island and that beautiful secluded island is home to an amazing Whisky Distillery called Furneaux Distillery.

This episode we get to Talk to Tom Ambroz who is part owner and Head distiller there.

It's an interesting story about how this all started and basically by chance how Tom got involved but it's a certainly a great discussion and even better whisky to sample.
