Description

Looking for practical steps that you can take to empower yourself & your colleagues as women in the workplace? I’m so excited to introduce you to this new episode with Rachel where we dive straight into topics such as diversity & inclusion at work, women empowerment & the importance of allies.

If you have been struggling to get your voice heard in the workplace (or elsewhere) this episode is for you as Rachel shares some insightful tips to boost your confidence levels. Let’s dive in!

About Rachel

As a high school English teacher turned marketing director, Rachel went from a female-majority career to being the only woman in the office. While she’s loved her time in the Utah tech scene, she’s also seen the need to bring men into the conversation—creating allies, not enemies.

Rachel is passionate about helping women transition confidently into tech careers and helping men to be better advocates. She believes in a world where men lift women in the workplace at the same time that women lift men at home—where we accept that every situation is different and assume positive intent.

Currently, Rachel is working as Director of Editorial Strategy at Clearlink, supporting business.org and other brands. More than anything, she loves her husband and three feminist toddlers.
