Because all of these will build on the SMAC technologies--social, mobile analytics, and cloud--that have gotten us to where we are today, their impact will likely be much greater than even SMAC has had to date.
The key to making the most of these technologies will come down to seeing the forest and the trees to understand where and how these technologies can be applied to solve business problems.
