I wonder if Sarah has tried to reach out to Leah Remini. Imagine she could relate somewhat. I also somewhat relate. I swear my ex who was a narcissist, could of totally created a cult. Everything Sarah described about him, his words, how empowering he made her feel, the wisdom. Tapping in to the lost parts of ourselves. Helping us build ourselves up to be a better person.... it’s so powerful. They have so much influence over you. It’s hard for anyone to understand what lengths you go to, to keep what you think is so good, something you need, is hard to explain to people who have never been manipulated on such a deep level. I wish her well in her future. Be kind to yourself. You did the best you could with the information you had at the time. You are a victim. You’ve tried to make a mends since finding out. Stop worrying what people think of you. You will never see these people. If they are positive, don’t let them in your orbit. Hugs
