Born the son of an immigrant civic leader, Al Arreola Jr. ’03, was given an immediate introduction into political and issue campaigns. After finishing his studies at TAMU-CC, Al became involved in grassroots campaigning in San Antonio managing candidate campaigns throughout South Texas, and in 2010, was selected as the Executive Director for his hometown Del Rio Chamber of Commerce. In May 2014 he formally accepted the offer for his current position, President and CEO the South San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
