This episode I talk with photographer Chris Childress who talks on his experience when shooting "non-ethnic" models and how he recognizes the trend of models wanting to look more ethnic. We touch on cosmetic surgery trends and the exclusion of model types who’s features are being duplicated. We also talk with Erinn Jones who was the Stand-In for Marsai Martin in the movie “Little.” She talks about colorism in the industry and her experience in casting in Atlanta.
